Yadira Toro, LCSW
I’m Yadira Toro, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, life transitions, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where healing can unfold at your pace. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellness practices to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
Imagine what your life could look like if you felt calmer, more confident, more connected to yourself, and no longer controlled by past wounds. Together, we’ll identify patterns that keep you stuck, build practical coping strategies, strengthen self-trust, and create meaningful change. I believe healing happens when we combine awareness with action, self-compassion with accountability, and insight with practical tools.
My work is informed by a holistic perspective that recognizes the connection between emotional health, physical well-being, relationships, spirituality, and nervous system regulation. I welcome clients who wish to incorporate faith and spirituality into their healing journey, while also providing a supportive space for those seeking a secular approach.
